Our claims form lists all the information you'll need to know about payment terms. We do reserve the right, as do all USA collection agencies, to offset any charges that may have been incurred during the recovery process. This includes legal fees, processing fees, and direct payments to clients. If legal action is necessary we will forward your account to a local attorney in order to acquire payment from the debtor.
