Adams, Stevens & Bradley, Ltd., only collects payment if we succeed in recovering your delinquent accounts. If we recover your account, our national debt collection services charge the following rates for commercial accounts:
- 25% for the first $4,000.00
- 20% thereafter
- 15% for any account less than 90 days old
We also handle consumer accounts where we charge 35% for the first $4,000 and %30 thereafter. There is also a 25% for any account less than 90 days. Our national collection agency also charges 40% for any amount that is less than $250 and merchandise returns will be billed at 50% of the agreed upon fees.
These rates are necessary because we work on a contingency basis. As a US collection agency, these rates are very low and better enable us to meet all of your needs. Although these are the only fees we charge for our services, if legal action is required we will forward your account to a local attorney and there will be an additional charge of 10% to the agreed upon fees.
